Student Registration 

 

Please complete a Student Registration Form and attach a copy of your child's Birth Certificate, BC Services Card (front and back of card), proof of physical and mailing addresses (eg. utility bill) as well as copies of any legal documentation pertaining to custody (if applicable).  

 

 If the student has a former school, please also complete a Request for Student Records form. 

 

To register for Kindergarten, your child must be 5 years old by December 31, 2025.

Completed forms and documentation may be returned to:
